Carolyn Pope-Chappell

Carolyn Pope-Chappell has resided in Oakland for over 25 years. She left Ohio after the ‘78 blizzard. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Dayton. After a merchandising and sales job she began working at BART in 1982, as a Station Agent and since 1985 as a Line/Tower Foreworker. She has been on the Investment Plans Committee representing ATU since 1996. As a recent ‘empty-nester’ she enjoys spending time in her garden.
